My goodness, sorry for the lack of updates, friends! I have been quite busy... I have been babysitting my two nieces nearly every day, but we have still been thrifting and I have found a few new items to report on!
But I have been waiting on this baby's arrival to my collection for a while now. This is a Baby Taz 1997 Storage Case.
Anyone who knows the ins-and-outs of my collection knows I was scammed a while back regarding a Baby Taz Storage Case. It was different to this one, but a very cute teething Baby Taz that looked accurate to artwork from the time. I bought it, seller never sent it, never messaged me or responded to any case and refused to refund me. I had to get PayPal involved. Left me feeling quite bad.
This boy may not be identical, but he fills the void!
He is very lightly stuffed, and the seller described him as a storage case cross pillow, cuddle cushion. He is indeed, very cuddly! And very tall! He is my biggest Baby Looney Tunes plush! He's 18 inches, or one and a half feet. Tallest AND cuddliest, what is not to love!
Unfortunately, he has little to no branding info on him.
So, the name TAYLOR & SQUIRE stood out to me. I couldn't find ANYTHING on this brand at all. I did find they did another Taz, an adult Taz golf club cover. But that's kind of it. I presume they got a Taz license in 1997 or something, and went nuts with it.
Anyways, the Taz is really nice. He isn't design-accurate like other Taz plushes, but he has his own charm. I mean, who can resist that smile of his! Unlike the many PLAY-BY-PLAY Taz plushes, his features like his mouth are a bit less stuffed and emphasized, giving him more of a friendly smile!
Oh, yes, I will be writing reviews of my other plushes soon! I've got some very rare plushes, including a Singaporian Sylvester and an American Daffy! Stay tuned!

2015 GEORGE @ ASDA MAROON AND WHITE BOYS' TOP
This is the final item that arrived in the post today! It's not much for what I paid, but I loved the artwork on the front! It makes Baby Sylvester and Baby Taz look a bit more stylistic and different and it's nice!
The top is, you guessed it, 100% cotton, the status quo for GEORGE. It's dated 2015, and oh, it does startle me when they're from recent years! I think, I could have bought that instore myself. Tsk tsk, I thought GEORGE stopped with Baby Looney Tunes in the mid-2000s.
But hey, since it's recent, it should be easier to find secondhand and stuff, considering most kids who wore it have grown out of it by now. So if you like it, maybe have a look on eBay for one!
I'm going to rest now, I feel so tired.

2012 GEORGE @ ASDA RED/WHITE STRIPED OUTFIT
Yeah... IDK what to call this? There's a shirt and a sort of bodysuit? Romper?? I dunno man.
But I digress! This is the set that I put on Glow-e today. It looks a lot more vibrant in person than in the photo. It's dated S12 on the tags and is 100% cotton (when is it not, from GEORGE?).
The shirt is plain with red stitching on it. That's fine, I suppose. It is a part of the original set, it has a Baby Looney Tunes tag on it also dated S12. The embroidery on the red bodysuit is really nice. I've seen the same embroidery on a different outfit (a romper) actually have an error on Sylvester's eats where the whites don't sew in, so it leaves him earless. This one doesn't have that issue.
Sorry I don't have a lot to say about this one! I'm a little bit zonked today, haha! And I've got another post to make quickly!

BABY TAZ DENIM 1997 MOTHERCARE DUNGAREES
Wowie, so when I saw these on eBay, I knew I needed them! And they arrived today with lots of other post, but boy howdy, do these look gorgeous!
One thing I very rarely see is proper fancy looking Baby Looney Tunes clothing. Most of the GEORGE sets look kiddish, which I like... Except the new monochrome sets, but I've ranted about them enough! These are not trying to look like baby clothes, and that makes them stand out in the baby half of my closet.
The embroidery on them is of a 90s Baby Taz, with the words "Fastest Baby in Town" embroidered in. It looks very vintage and lovely. Speaking of vintage, this is from 1997! I could have been wearing this while I was a baby, and that scares me a little! Actually, they're a little older than me. These random denim dungarees have existed five years longer than me and that scares me? They're over twenty years old?
They're from MOTHERCARE, and they have their logo on all the buttons. One thing I like on GEORGE clothing is they'll put the character name on the buttons, like on the yellow/blue Taz dungarees, the buttons have Baby Taz written on them. I prefer that, but this is fine.
I'm not sure if I'll put these on Glow-e, just because I don't have anything that would fit! Maybe they'd match with the terracotta Baby Taz gilet and shirt set, but I'm not sure. Do gilets and dungarees go together well?
Anyways, I've got a new outfit on Glow-e already! That I'll be reviewing next!

2013 GEORGE Baby Bugs Bunny and Taz Sleepsuit Bodysuit and Bib set + 2011 Baby Taz Blue Longsleeved Shirt
As you guys saw in my other post from today, I just finished my finals, and I was hoping for some merch, to boost me up a bit more. When I got home and saw only a random Baby Taz shirt had arrived, I was a bit sad. But an hour or two later, this showed up!
This set is gorgeous, and was the first thing I wanted to buy once I had an eBay of my own. I actually got in a bidding war over it, but I wouldn't give up. And I won. Even if it cost me way too much, haha.
I'm serious, this is such an adorable set! I really love the bodysuit, the lime green and blue goes so nicely together. This is how GEORGE should be doing current day bodysuits! Alas, they've gone with plain white no picture bodysuits, how tragic.
The set is brand new, the bib still has its sticker on and the tag is still on the bodysuit. That confirms these WERE a set together. Do I wanna remove the tags? No. I don't remove tags. I will remove the sticker though. The tag I can just tuck into the bodysuit for display.
All three items are 100% cotton, and on their tag, they're dated as (S13). The sleeper is really nice, the clasps on it were quite well hidden, because the fabric folds over it so neatly it looks sewn in! I was super duper confused at first, haha.
But that's not all I needed to review, let's also talk about this Baby Taz shirt I got.
This was a test purchase to make sure my Paypal was working. I wasn't super interested in it, but here it is, haha. It's actually quite alright, the embroidery is nice and large, and it looks cute. I guess there's just something about the colours maybe, that I don't like?
It's dated (S11), and is 100% cotton.
Both sets are for 0-3 months, I'm praying that the big set fits Glow-e! I've gotten a lil' attached to his dungarees set, but these are just TOO CUTE!!
I'm gonna go cry over how cute it is now, brb.

How to date your Baby Looney Tunes clothing and merchandise
I cannot believe it's taken me this long to realize how to do this! I've always struggled putting Baby Looney Tunes on a timeline, because most merch doesn't have a specific date printed on it. And if it does, it's usually pre-2000s merch. All that GEORGE clothing? Impossible to put a date on.
I'm also a big dum-dum and had an epiphany today. I was leaving my final exam (woohoo! freedom forever!!) and of course I had a new item in the mail. A blue Taz shirt. I looked at the tag to make notes (green logo instead of blue, interesting. 0-3 months. fascinating) when I focused on the WB copyright info. I've never thought much of it, but I realized something.
Here's an example of a typical tag, and the WB string that baffled me normally:
That (S[00])? I always thought it was a random number, but I realized... It could be a year? So, I went to my closet, and pulled out the Dungarees set I purchased in ASDA a few days ago. If I was right, they should be dated (S18). And they were. Then, I got some bib sets that should be dated either S17 or S18 (they were made in 2017 but I purchased my set in 2018). Sure enough, (S17).
I tested more clothing items, random shirts. S10, S11, S12. This is a big discovery for me, because I can now piece together sets easier, and make sense of that bizarre copyright tag. For all my future posts, I will include the copyright tag and year, and I'll try to edit my previous posts.
Does this work on other bits of merch? Not always, but I find if it doesn't have a direct year printed on it, it has that weird WB tagline. I pulled out a puzzle I got, a TREFL Marvin puzzle, and sure enough (S17). I have a recent book with (S17) on it aswell.
So, this is a big, big discovery for my collection, and I'm so excited to see how the items developed over the years! What a great day!
UPDATE: I have gone back and dated every post I have made till now! I was really fascinated with the Terracotta gilet being from 2015. My interest in Baby Looney Tunes started in 2016, if I had been a bit earlier, I could have seen them sold in shops. Nevertheless, it's fascinating! Truly, gives me a bit of insight to how the clothes progressed. Not to sound like a grump, but they got more and more subtle and boring as the years go on :P.

RED BABY TAZ GILET @ GEORGE ASDA
I just do such a good job of finding doubles of these Taz gilets, don't I? I have two camo Taz gilets, two terracotta Taz gilets, and now two of these? I never complan though. I love collecting. One day I'll own every piece of Baby Looney Tunes merch in the world.
Anyways, this is one of my favourite Taz gilets. My last gilet I reviewed, I didn't say much good on it. But this one, it's nice. That nasty texture from the other gilet, the polyester and nylon combo? Gone. The outer on this one is pure nylon. It has a plastic feel, like a raincoat almost but a bit more subtle and softer. it's nice. The wadding and lining is all polyester.
I really like the design on this, the big Taz applique is fabric, which means they could put more detail into it, and it's accented by an embroidered white outline. The letters are a mix of fabric and embroidery. The design really stands out and you can tell that it's Taz a mile away.
What I also like about this gilet, is it works with a lot of the older Baby Looney Tunes clothing. I could match it up with random trousers and shirts I had lying around and make a handsome outfit. It's quite flexible, which is great.
Oh, and again, it's great at keeping in heat, and feels very padded. Which is always awesome. Sorry this was a bit of a shorter review!
ADDENDUM: Since this review, I have learnt how to date the items from GEORGE. This gilet was produced in 2012, and you can find this out from the (S12) on the tag.

NEW BABY LOONEY TUNES DUNGAREES AND BODYSUIT SET @ GEORGE ASDA
Okay, y'know what's really cool? I wrote a honest review of these on the GEORGE website, and it wasn't the most flattering, I feel I was fair though, and despite talking negatively about these, it still got published on the page.
That's really cool to me, and I hope they listen to my feedback on the blandness of these new designs, and choose more colourful fun stuff. I was advised not to mention price in my review, but let me say, this set is £10!
£10 for dungarees and a BLANK bodysuit. It's not the best comparison, but I bought some more stylish and patterned Taz dungarees for like £3 plus postage from eBay, and I could get a white bodysuit for pocket change. I actually have a Taz dungarees set FROM GEORGE that had a nicer, stripey shirt AND nicer dungarees, and it cost me a fiver if i remember right?
GEORGE have actually made a lot of nice dungaree sets, the one I described with the yellow top, plus the red Taz and Friends one comes to mind. They can do it.
I digress. I think the dungarees in this are alright, it's the bodysuit that frustrates me. No patterns, at all. Pure white. It wouldn't have taken much to print an extra Taz on or something. It really makes the set not worth the money, like I said, I could buy prettier Taz dungarees and a white bodysuit for way cheaper.
But, I will confess, the dungarees are very nice quality-wise. 100% cotton as I expect with GEORGE, and very soft on the inside. There are snaps all along the bottom, even down the legs, so changes are easy. The straps are nice and easy to adjust aswell, without being easy for Baby to undo.
I can't comment on how it fits a baby, because well, Glow-e doesn't exactly represent a perfect baby. He can fit in first size, he can fit in 18-24 months, he's a bit of a lucky dip with what fits him well. These don't. The bodysuit fits perfectly, but the dungarees are too big. I got mine in 6-9 months and the front hangs off of him with the straps adjusted as tight as they can be.
The pattern has grown on me a bit aswell; I thought, for £2 cheaper, you could get the set with the bib which is more patterned, but I like the subtleness of these dungarees. And like I said in my previous NEW BABY LOONEY TUNES review, you can swap the items because of the running monochrome theme. That's cool.
I wouldn't reccomend paying a tenner for these, but if you find them secondhand, sure, pick 'em up!
ADDENDUM: Since this review, I have learnt how to date the items from GEORGE. This set was produced in 2018, and you can find this out from the (S18) on the tag.

BABY LOONEY TUNES PLASTERS @ LIDL
Oh, these guys again. Some of my first Baby Looney Tunes Merch, and I still haven't worked through my first box. I hoard these guys so badly.
These are by a brand called Sensiplast. One thing I'll say is if you like these plasters, good luck finding the same kind. You can find them on eBay, but they're...
Kay, take my word, they ARE different! These eBay ones are different variants of the ones you buy in LIDL, and also, they're called bandages? C'mon, Sensiplast, make up your mind!
Anyways, I do restrain myself on these, I wanna keep boxes sealed until I know they're available again in the same design, but I have dozens, so a few open boxes are expected. I found these plasters godsends for my dermatillomania, or in Layman's terms, they stopped me ripping my skin off. Seriously, I'd put one on a scab, and no matter how many years (YES! Years. I have issues) I would pick at the scab, the plaster undid all of it. My arm is actually HEALING now because of these plasters that cost about 2p per plaster. Amazing!
The plasters usually cost £1 per box, but you can get them for 60 or 70p if your LIDL reduces them randomly like mine does. You get 40 plasters per box, 10 small, 15 long, and 15 square.
The plasters are waterproof, and they really mean it! You can put one of those bad boys on, have a shower, and nothing happens! They have a slight plastic-y texture, but it is not jarring and feels fine. More like a soft rubber. Infact, these plasters have very strong grips, considering the price. They can stay on you without fraying for a week.
They are so great quality, that I'd recommend them even if you do not like Looney Tunes! Serious, that's how good they are for the price!
ADDENDUM: Since this review, I have learnt how to date the items that don't have direct dates on the box.. These plasters were produced in 2017, and you can find this out from the (S17) on the bottom of the box. I'm not sure if this is the same with the alternate versions on eBay.

BABY LOONEY TUNES POTTIES @ LIDL
I uh...
Well...
I knew these bad boys would enter my collection someday? If collecting little kids clothes doesn't get people worried, imagine having to explain why you have kids potties in your room. Yeah. Like I always reassure, I never do anything weird with my collection, I am vehemetly anti-pedo, I merely collect whatever has Baby Looney Tunes on it!
So, these were at my local Lidl when I just started to collect Baby Looney Tunes stuff. And oh man, it drove me bonkers, walking through the isles with my mother and seeing these bad boys stacked to the roof. They had the potties, and the stools, but not the toilet seat covers (I think that's what the top ones are? I'm not an expert??).
Oh hey - It's a wild LUCA! Haha, I might as well be a wild animal as soon as I'm let loose in a LIDL, straight through the reduced isles in the hopes of Baby Looney Tunes stuff! Here's a sneaky preview of the old plasters display aswell, I will review those sometime soon, have a lot to say about them, all good, and they're still sold sometimes, definetely pick up a box if they're reduced!
Anyways. Those potties drove me nuts. I didn't know LIDL had a self checkout, and they were kinda costly. According to the website I'm looking at, they cost £3.99, but I remember them being £6 at my LIDL? Maybe I'm remembering wrong.
I actually, without waxing dramatic, went bonkers over them. I couldn't buy them and they taunted me till they were retired. It got to the point where they were actually invading my dreams, replacing real toilets and forcing me on long trips to LIDL just to find one and buy it. Incase you guys forgot, I have Psychosis, my grasp on reality is horrendous, haha. I'm stable, I promise.
Anyways, I've seen the pink Lola and Tweety potty up in Newquay on sale, but I had a friend with me who knew of my collection and had already joked about me buying it. I didn't want her to bully me about it, so I left it. When I went back on my own, it was gone.
But, at a carboot yesterday (10/06/2018), I found one for £1! The same pink Lola and Tweety one. It was BRAND NEW (I still disinfected it - It had been sat on mud for ages!) with manual still attached around it.
But I was with my parents, and I had no idea what to do to hide it. It could just barely fit in my large bag, but I had to keep my bag hidden or you could make out the outline of the potty. I got it home in the end, and could finally have a look over it.
So, the potty. The decals are nice and pleasing, althought they are visibly applied, you can see the seam of the image and it creates a visible square, but it's not super duper jarring. The potty can hold up to 15kg, and is listed as being for 18-36 months. The "feet" of the potty have rubber grips to help with it holding still. I really don't know what else to say about it, it's a potty, it's cheap, it's got Looney Tunes on it, if you've got a kid, buy it! (And if you know what LIDL shops still sell em, tell me, I wanna get some of the step stools).
If you're just a Looney Tunes fan, maybe skip it. Unless you're a parent you'll find nothing purposeful with this. It's just a potty. You go pee pee in it. You can't do much more with it. Maybe the step stools could look nice on display, but a potty... Yeah. I'm not a rocket scientist, am I?
Do I regret buying it? To an extent. I realize it's tricky to hide and impossible to display, it doesn't fit anywhere, and it's just jarring. However, I didn't buy it new, I recycled, in a way, and it is a part of my own history with Baby Looney Tunes. It's like one big whack on the head! Hey, it's Baby Looney Tunes, but uup- it's just a potty, it doesn't do anything!
So thanks LIDL, you drive me up the wall, you do!
Sorry for sounding like such a whiny child, I AM aware potties don't do anything cool.
TL;DR - Potty is good quality, 18-36 months, 15kg max, selection of colours, and matching step stools. Cheap, £3.99, buy if you need a good quality potty. Don't if you don't need a potty or you'll go mad in your sleep like I have.

Minimalistic BABY TAZ Shirt from GEORGE's NEW LOONEY TUNES SET
Now, let me show you a picture from the Looney Tunes section of GEORGE's website:
(Yes, this IS their whole line-up. Makes me feel old that stuff I bought brand new in shop has already been retired and is now no longer available! Yikes!)
Notice something? Yeah, it's all monochrome. I've never really understood the minimalistic parent aesthetic, but I don't judge. I do think a baby should be around bright colours and stimulating images. I know newborns need high contrasting colours like black and white instead, that's fine, but let me point out how these colours fade together. They're all grey, no contrast.
To put this in a bit of comparison, I got a Baby Looney Tunes sleepsuit today from eBay, from GEORGE's old sets. It's simple, blue and white, but the decals of Sylvester and Taz are solid black against pure white, and are high contrast. This is good for baby eyes! This washed out grey, that's not appealing for any baby! I will never understand the minimalistic parent designs.
But I cannot whine about the design alone, it's got a Baby Taz on it so I'm happy. Let's look at other stuff:
This is one of the few items I can talk about cost for, as I bought this brand new in shops. When thrifting, I have no idea unless the tag AND the price label are still attached (very rare). This shirt costs £3, and I feel that is very good value considering it's a high quality shirt and is branded.
The fabric is 100% cotton, and it feels very soft and comfortable. The shirt has a small highlight of green around the neck, and two strong clasps around the neck. The picture of Taz is printed on. Also, the back of the shirt has another picture of Taz printed, which surprised me when I bought it!
I think, for £3, it's a very high quality shirt. I just wish GEORGE would quit this monochrome nonsense and go back to bright, stimulating colours again!
Another thing to mention about the shirt, is that it works very well with the other sets. I've complained on the GEORGE website about how the Dungarees set has a plain bodysuit with no decals on it at all, well, this shirt can be swapped into this set or any other set. That IS because of the monochrome that's universal with this new set. However, it gives you more Looney Tunes options for your child's outfit, and also can be a backup shirt if they get their outfit's one messy.
So it's a nice shirt and I would reccomend it. Begrudgingly, but I still reccomend it!
A collector must collect, and I must learn to stop voicing my disapprovals at the poor staff of the GEORGE website! Sorry guys, I just really wish you'd stop retiring the colourful clothes!

TERRACOTTA BABY TAZ GILET AND BLUE/WHITE BABY TAZ LONGSLEEVED SHIRT
Alright,
first I have to say, I have no idea if these are a set. Dunno if they
were sold together, I have yet to see a BNWT picture of either of them. I
will review them together as I received them together.
It's also worth mentioning the trousers are not a part of the set, so they will not be reviewed.
I have so many Taz Gilets, my closet is overflowing! I have two of this, two camo Taz gilets, two fabric patched Taz gilets, it's driving me nuts! It makes sense though, Taz was popular in the U.K., and of course, he would sell better than Sylvester or Bugs.
Let's look at the gilet first. It is a lovely terracotta colour, with details embroidered in. It has texture embroidered in, as you can see in the pictures, along and at the shoulders where it goes into diamond shapes. The Taz embroidery is subtle, being a dark blue outline with blue and white highlights. It is not a full body picture of Taz either, he cuts off at the zip. By the chest, there is a patch saying "BABY TAZ" in multicoloured letters, resemblant of a name tag. On the left side of the gilet (our right), there is a small tag coming off that says Baby Taz on yellow, in white font.
The fabric on the outside is made of a polyester and nylon combination, and it is what ruins the gilet for me. My other Taz gilets have softer or more plastic feeling textures, while this one can't seem to make its mind up. It almost feels like it'll catch your skin as you trace your hand over it. It's unpleasant to me, but that may be because of my Asperger's and sensory issues, and regardless, I'm sure a little one would not mind the texture. :)
The inside of the gilet is much softer and more pleasant than the outside. According to the tag, the "wadding" is polyester, while the cotton hood is... Cotton! I can't figure out if the wadding includes the orange inside of the coat or not. The hood is white cotton, while the body part is an orange terracotta on the inside. It feels well padded, and definetely retains heat.
Looking at the shirt, the shirt is 100% cotton, and it shows! I must also say now, before I forget, it could be possible these are a set, as they have the same variant of the BLT logo and the colour name on the labels. I digress. The shirt is blue with white stripes, and a printed image of Baby Taz. The highlights and shadows on this image are printed on, no embroidery. There's a patch, reading "HERE COMES TROUBLE" embroidered onto the corner of the shirt. The shirt has two buttons around the shoulder to widen the head hole. It is a long sleeved shirt.
Overall, this is a very nice set, and shows off Baby Taz without being too loud and in your face about it. If you want a more subtle outfit, I'd certainly reccomend this set.
ADDENDUM: Since this review, I have learnt how to date the items from GEORGE. This gilet and shirt was produced in 2015, and you can find this out from the (S15) on the tag.

My two little helpers!
The photo isn't the most complementary, and Glow-e looks a little dirty here (I assure you that he has been washed since this photo was taken!) but it gives you an impression of what he looks like.
Glow-e is my childhood teddy bear, I've had him since I was about two. He is large for a teddy bear, and his main pro with my collection is that he is able to fit into the clothes I buy.
Glow-e's smallest size he can fit into is First Size (which is, for the unaware, just a teensy bit smaller than 0-3 months) and fits up to 18-24 months. I haven't tried him in tiny baby or premature clothes, but I hope to someday.
Glow-e used to light up, however, he has broken over the years and I have removed his lights and wires so he can be washed. Glow-e is now a healthy glowing white colour, unlike that photo!
This little guy might not pop up often, but he is a member of the team!
And then there's this guy:
This is Damian, who more of my friends will know. Damian is my companion, he never leaves my side. Damian is a 1998 Furby, and he loves travelling with me. He adores thrifting aswell, and is very supportive of my collection. He doesn't wear much of the clothes, but he used to travel with me wrapped up in my first Taz gilet and hat (same type of hat as the one pictured, but not the same one, just same pattern).
Damian is more likely to appear than Glow-e, considering I usually photograph him with my stuff. I hope you all don't mind these two popping up from time to time!
