Hello, my name is Gianluca Chancellor (just Luca is fine!) and welcome to my little blog on the internet.
I am a sixteen year old boy from the United Kingdom. I have Asperger's Syndrome (or more commonly known as autism) and DDNOS and Psychosis. That may sound scary, but I reassure you that I am not a scary person. My DDNOS is pretty irrelevant, unless you become a close friend with me. My Psychosis means I am easily susceptible to delusions, and have a very flimsy grasp of reality, but it doesn't affect me too badly anymore. I have been working through therapy for both.
My Asperger's Syndrome means many things for me. Mostly, it involves how I socialize and process things. However, one big part of it is how I become fixated on "special interests", to an obsessive point.
My special interest is Baby Looney Tunes. I first became interested in it around the start of 2017, where I watched a few episodes on YouTube out of curiousity. My main fixation regarding Baby Looney Tunes is the clothing and merchandise, which arose when I accidentally stumbled upon a Baby Taz hat while thrifting in a local charity shop. Little did I know, this would kickstart a great new chapter of my life.
So far, my collection consists of over fourty different items of clothing, twelve books, two DVDs, four jigsaws, four plushes and two plastic toys. In addition, I have smaller, less significant merch such as plasters, for example, kicking around everywhere. I will collect anything I can acquire for cheap enough, but I am especially knowledgable on the clothing items. In the U.K., GEORGE is a very big clothing brand, and they have produced Baby Looney Tunes merchandise over the course of my entire life. This means in many charity shops and carboots I am able to find clothing from their sets, for very cheap. I can recognize GEORGE clothes a mile away now, haha!
So, why Baby Looney Tunes? Well, I can't say I understand exactly why, but I have a few theories as to why it appeals to me so much:
Baby Looney Tunes appeals to the part of me that craves childhood. Without sounding sinister, I went through a wide variety of trauma as a young child, including sexual abuse, emotional abuse, and medical trauma. In addition, I had to be a young carer from a very early age, and my parents did not treat me like a normal baby. I rarely had toys or blankets or pacifiers, or anything a normal baby would have. The amalgamation of those facts leaves me with a constant urge to live the childhood I never had.
Another idea is similar - that Baby Looney Tunes reminds me of my childhood and makes me nostalgic. Like I said, the brand has been around in the U.K. since I was a child, and the older merch reminds me of my own childhood. Nothing makes me more nostalgic than going through the bright gateway-like doors of ASDA and running through the isles, and going in there nowadays, really takes me back.
Whatever the reason, Baby Looney Tunes has had a great impact on my life! It is an inexpensive hobby when I am not buying online, it promotes me exercising by walking myself around different towns (I do not ride a bike or take taxis, so I have to walk out of town if I wanna explore new charity shops), and it is not too intrusive on my life. Although, you could say I am a little obsessed, still!
And because I need to clarify, in this day and age where nasty people are so abundant on the internet, my collection and interest with Baby Looney Tunes has absolutely nothing to do with sex or fetishes. I am not an "ABDL" or "little", nor am I a pedophile. I have absolutely no interest in anything of the sort, and I do believe that pedophiles and all people along their vein of living will burn in the fiery pits of Hell. If you are of that vein, and you are here on my blog, please leave, this is not for you.
With all that out of the way, whatever brings you here, whether you're a mother looking for a review of a product, fellow fan, or just a curious wanderer of the internet, I sincerely hope you enjoy your stay!
Luca Chancellor
